Refund and Cancellation Terms
Thank you for choosing Piper CADD under Haddy Training and Innovative Hub. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before enrolling in any course.
1. Course Cancellation by Student
Students may cancel enrollment only before the official course start date by submitting a written request via email to pipercadd@gmail.com or careerpath@pipercadd.com.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are allowed only if the cancellation request is made before the course start date. Once the course begins, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Strict No Refund After Course Start
- Fees are non-refundable after course commencement.
- No partial refunds will be issued.
- No refund for missed classes or discontinuation.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.
5. Force Majeure
Piper CADD is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical disruptions.
6. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and applicable consumer protection regulations.
