Job Description:
We’re seeking an energetic and driven HR Recruiter Intern to join our Human Resources team.This internship is a great opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. You'll be involved in the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews, and learning the dynamics of a fast-paced HR environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support in sourcing candidates via job portals, social media, and internal databasesReview resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate suitabilityCoordinate and manage interview appointments between candidates and hiring managersMaintain and update the recruitment tracker and applicant databaseHelp draft and post job descriptions across various platformsSupport in employer branding and outreach activitiesCoordinate onboarding documentation and pre-joining formalitiesGain knowledge of HR best practices and actively contribute to process enhancements
Skills and Qualifications:
Fresher or recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related fieldBasic understanding of the recruitment process and HR functionsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsGood organizational abilities and attention to detailFamiliarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and MS Office toolsA keen interest in learning and advancing within the HR domain
