Job Description:

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-driven Data Analyst to join our vibrant team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in data analysis tools and a strong desire to grow in the world of data. You will work with both structured and unstructured data to build dashboards, uncover insights, and support business decisions through clear, impactful visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct data analysis leveraging Python, MySQL, and advanced Microsoft Excel skillsCreate, manage, and improve interactive reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BIWork together with groups to gather the necessary data and provide insightful analysis for decision-makingPartner with teams to collect data requirements and provide actionable insights to drive informed decisionsSupport real-time projects involving data cleaning, manipulation, and reportingApply foundational Machine Learning knowledge on real datasets (optional/project-based)Ensure high-quality data practices and maintain documentation for data processesContinuously enhance your skill set through training and on-the-job learning

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven expertise in advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and basic Python for effective data analysisWorking knowledge of MySQL and data querying techniquesHands-on experience in creating visual insights using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Python libraries such as SeabornBasic understanding of machine learning concepts and application in real-time projectsWillingness to learn, train, and grow within a data-focused environmentExcellent communication skills and the ability to explain data clearly
