Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and detail-focused Civil Design Engineer to become a key member of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and developing detailed civil designs for a wide range of infrastructure projects including roads, drainage systems, utilities, site developments, and more. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and timely engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop civil engineering designs using software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar toolsPrepare construction drawings, perform design calculations, and develop specifications for a variety of civil infrastructure projectConduct site assessments and feasibility studiesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate design inputs and resolve technical issuesEnsure designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and client requirementsSupport the preparation of project documentation, including reports, plans, and permit applicationsParticipate in client meetings and provide technical input during project planning and design reviewsContinuously update knowledge of industry trends, standards, and innovative technologies

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and similar tools is essentialA Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is required; a Master’s degree is highly desirableStrong knowledge of local and international civil engineering standards, codes, and best practicesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesProfessional Engineer (PE) license or working towards licensure is an advantage
